Who we are

NT Development Group Pty Ltd (ACN 660 399 020, ABN 41 660 399 020) is a Darwin-headquartered Australian technology firm. We design, build and test AI-driven platforms for business operations and advise on AI orchestration for clients across Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean NT Development Group Pty Ltd.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and company, when you enquire, request a proposal or engage us.
• Information about your business that you choose to share so we can scope or deliver work.
• Records of our correspondence with you.
• Technical information collected automatically when you visit this site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit.

We do not seek sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) and ask that you do not send it to us unless we have asked for it and explained why it is needed.

Where it is stored

We host our systems in Australia wherever we can. Some of the third-party tools we use, such as email and analytics providers, may store or process information overseas. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles the information consistently with the APPs.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include access controls, encryption of data in transit and at rest with our hosting providers, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and restricting access to staff who need it. We keep information only for as long as we need it or are required to keep it, and then destroy or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Write to us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days. If we refuse a request we will tell you why in writing.
