Targets are minimum commitments under our Territory Benefit Plan. Where outcomes exceed targets, we will report that in the annual outcomes update.
How We Measure and Report
We use consistent definitions and an evidence based approach to reporting:
FTE Measurement
FTE is measured as full time equivalent direct payroll employment in the Northern Territory
Procurement Outcomes
Procurement outcomes are measured by paid invoices with NT based suppliers, classified under our TBP supplier definitions
Aboriginal Employment
Aboriginal employment is counted where staff voluntarily self identify
Community Investment
Community investment is recorded as cash contributions and verified in kind support aligned to Territory benefit categories
Annual Outcomes Updates
We publish an annual outcomes update each financial year and provide progress reflections quarterly to the NT Government relationship manager. Annual outcomes updates will be posted here:
